Welcome to the new Radio Aire Drive with Dan Morfitt. It’s called Drive for people stuck in cars or on the bus or people at home or work who just need an extra bit of oomph in the afternoon!

We promise 30 minutes non stop (ace) music from 3pm and 4pm and we are always the first for travel in Leeds. We find out what kind of day the city’s had with Radio Aire’s Leeds 5 at 5 with hundreds of Leodensians getting directly involved every day on the phones, by text and on Twitter and Facebook. We also get the biggest guests when they’re in our city and the best prizes too, sometimes life-changing, sometimes just a Radio Aire mug! But we’re all fans of decent crockery, aren’t we?”

Dan is not new to Leeds. He’s a born ‘n bred Yorkshireman who returns after 6 years in Birmingham. The first time round he was making coffee for students in Headingley but he returns to the cobbled streets of Chapel Allerton with his fiancée happy to know that Mojo’s hasn’t changed at all.
